A not-for-profit (or non-profit) may operate as an "Other Incorporated Entity" or another structure (such as a company).
We have experience dealing with several not-for-profit organisations. We understand that financials may be required frequently for the board of directors, audits and reporting compliance.
Furthermore, these organisations may require us to assist with their annual budgets.
We currently volunteer as treasurer for one non-for-profit.
