Service Delivery Methods

Every business is different, and we believe in working with you to find a service delivery method that is most convenient and provides the best outcome for you. With Cloud-Based accounting software, we can conveniently provide our services remotely, but are also happy to come to you. We base our services on three methods - offsite weekly, offsite monthly, and onsite.

Offsite (weekly)

Bills:

  • The client emails unpaid bills to Bizgro and we upload them to accounting software
  • When the client wishes to pay these bills, they can print an up-to-date report (an aba file can be created if required)

Sales Invoices

  • Client prepares emails to be sent to customers
  • Bizgro or the client matches up outstanding sales invoices with the customer payment
  • Sometimes this occurs daily and the client can chase customers regularly

Payroll

  • Payroll is processed by Bizgro or the client and emailed to employees
  • In some situations, employees can enter their time through an app on their phone

Offsite (monthly)

Bills

  • Clients pay their bills and Bizgro enters bills once they are paid
  • Documentation can be dropped off, emailed or posted

Sales Invoices

  • Client prepares emails to be sent to customers
  • Client matches up outstanding sales invoices with the customer payment

Payroll

  • Payroll is processed by Bizgro or the client and emailed to employees
  • In some situations, employees can enter their time through an app on their phone

Onsite

Bizgro attends your physical location to complete accounting work

Some clients may not subscribe to accounting software. In this case, we use our software to process their paperwork. Clients will post or drop off paperwork.
